Integrative Autoimmune Solutions

Bridging Natural Healing and Modern Science.

Have you been struggling with an Autoimmune condition?

Have you been told that medication is your only solution? But deep down you know there must be more you can do?

you’re right…

Over the last ten years research has shown that lifestyle, nutritional changes and supplements have been proven to enhance conventional treatment – reduce your recovery time, give you more energy, make you happier, and improve your overall quality of life.

After all, who doesn’t want that?

I’m so glad you found me.

I’m Dr Alison Danby, a Naturopathic Doctor and Functional Medicine Practitioner. For the last 17 years, I’ve been helping people with Autoimmune feel better.

I’ve been in your shoes. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition 20 years ago and was so frustrated by the answers (or lack of answers) my doctors provided for me to get better. I”m happy to report that after 18 months I was in remission and with a few minor flares over the past 20 years have remained in remission.

Now I’ve made it my mission to help others navigate this frustrating journey, working collaboratively with their doctors. And I’ve spent the last 5 years educating medical professionals on how integrative medicine can help enhance the quality of life of their patients.

Autoimmune Triggers - Leaky gut

Autoimmune is a complex condition that requires more than just medication to achieve resolution. Yes, medication may be required to stop the progression of the disease but it should never be the only solution. There is so much you can do to help your body overcome this condition, and we’re here to help guide you through this journey.

The first step is to identify the trigger(s) such as past or current infection, hormonal imbalance, compromised or poor gut health and increased chemical load.

Once we’ve identified the trigger(s) we work to remove them and minimize the impact they have on the body.

Finally, we move into the rebuilding phase, supporting and balancing each body system to prevent future flares.

Our strategic plan provides you with actionable steps to support your health from every angle.

This is your journey we are here to support and guide you along the way.
